AUTHOR REGISTRATION

Authors are required to register before 24 June, 2012 and use their registration code (provided in the speaker confirmation letter) to submit their final Camera Ready paper. At least one non-refundable full or limited registration must be attached to an accepted paper. In case of multiple accepted papers by one author, one full or limited registration will cover up to three papers. Discounted IEEE student fees and one-day registrations are not applicable for paper presenters. If your co-author(s) wishes to attend PIMRC 2012, they need to register separately.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2012 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

» Upon completion of registration, attendees will have their names on the door at the event. We do not issue physical tickets.
» All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. Goods and services tax of 10% will be added upon registration. Prices include access to all conference sessions, associated materials and refreshments (for one day registrations this is limited to the day selected ONLY).
» Cancellation policy: Any refund or cancellation request must be provided via email to pimrc12@slatteryit.com.au prior to 24 June 2012. No refund will be provided after this date. A $100 AUD administration fee is deducted from each refund or cancellation. NOTE: Author registrations are non-refundable.
» Delegates may opt to upgrade their registration category at any time for the difference between what was paid and the new fees.
» Should for any reason the event be cancelled, a credit will be issued to be redeemed at a future event
» Entry may be denied if payment has not been received prior to the event.
